1. General Policy
- All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the service provider (hotel, tour operator, or transport provider).
- By making a booking with Golden Tours, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms stated at the time of booking.
2. Hotel Bookings
- Cancellation charges depend on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
- Some hotels may offer free cancellation within a specific time frame, while others may be non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused nights.
- Any amendments or cancellations requested after the free cancellation period may attract charges as per hotel policy.
3. Sightseeing Tours & Activities
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to the tour (depending on the activity) may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Cancellations made within the non-refundable period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Entry fees, national park fees, or tickets purchased separately are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for missed tours due to late arrival or no-show.
4. Airport Transfers
- Airport transfer cancellations made within the permitted time (as mentioned at booking) may be eligible for a refund.
- Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to reach the pickup point on time may result in no refund.
- Delays caused by incorrect pickup details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways.
- Any transaction or processing charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Changes to booking dates, pickup times, or services are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or upgrades.
- Golden Tours does not guarantee acceptance of amendment requests.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- No-shows or unused services
- Partially used services
- Late arrival at pickup or tour meeting point
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
- Non-refundable bookings clearly mentioned at the time of booking
